Everything becomes a little different as soon as it is spoken out loud.
-Herman Hesse
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!
At times, we feel stuck, despite our best efforts to heal, grow, and learn. We find ourselves repeating patterns that lead to confusion, shame, and a sense of hopelessness. If you’ve been questioning your worth, your relationships, or your identity, please know you are not alone—and I’m here to support you.
While most of us understand, logically, that hardship, distress, and difficult emotions are a natural part of life, we aren’t always equipped with the tools to manage them effectively. Despite our best attempts to cope, these challenges can feel overwhelming. Through a relationally attuned lens, I believe that what we often need most is someone who truly sees us—someone who understands not just our actions, but the experiences and emotions that shape them.
Together, we can reconnect with your authentic self, helping you gain clarity and purpose in your life. I am committed to supporting you as you explore your unique experiences and develop meaningful insights that will empower you to show up in the world with confidence, fulfillment, and a sense of direction.
I have experience working with adults facing depression, anxiety, disordered eating, trauma, and struggles with self-worth. My approach is person-centered, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life, while also incorporating evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Brainspotting.
For people seeking to improve their relationship with food and their bodies, I integrate Embodied Recovery, Intuitive Eating, and the Health at Every Size approach to support a compassionate, holistic path to healing.

I work with individuals to create an open and safe space to process oppressive and systemic trauma. I am LGBQTIA+ affirming, sex positive, kink and sex work positive, monogamy and non-monagamy affirming. I am multiracial (Thai and White) but recognize I have privilege with white-passing traits, so I strive to continuously learn anti-racist principles to better serve BIPOC individuals.
